Happy 15th Birthday Abacus

Established in 1995 by Paul Chance and run as a close-knit family business, Abacus Auto Services has enjoyed 15 years of success providing an exceptional local level of service to their customers.

Since their launch, the business has grown from strength to strength with accolades including winner of Redditch Youth Enterprise Initiative from the Princes Trust in 1997.

In 1996 we became part of the Unipart Car Care Centre network offering all customers a 12month/12000 mile nationwide guarantee on all repairs.

Abacus also became the first garage in the Midlands to be awarded the BSI Kite Mark for Garage Services, and one of the first ten in the Country. As many people will be aware the Kite Mark is given to products and services that meet a high standard.

In 2008 Abacus signed up to the Motor Industry Code of Practise, giving customers the assurance they operate as a responsible business.

It’s amazing to think we have been open for business for 15 years, and with all the significant changes that have taken place in the motor industry, we have had to continuously adapt and evolve as a business.
