Abacus Auto Services are keen to ensure that every one of our customer’s receive the highest level of service - we understand that some members of our industry do not always offer the levels of quality, parts, price or aftercare that you would naturally expect; that’s why we adhere to the motor industry code of conduct and service pledge.

We are working hard to try and change the perception of motorists who have encountered some of these poor garages in the past.

We do not baffle with mechanical and technical jargon to try and mask expensive bills, instead we offer a clear and concise quotation and invoicing system so that you understand in plain English the work that needs to be carried out. We never start any work until it has been quoted and has received your full approval, and will always look for the most cost-effective solution in the repair of your vehicle.

Our family-friendly waiting room is fully equipped with seating areas, free drinks machine, magazines and clean toilets so if you do choose to wait for your vehicle you can do so in a relaxed and friendly environment.

In addition, we are extremely proud to be a fully qualified member of the Foxy Choice scheme to ensure that our female customers feel completely at ease when choosing Abacus as their garage of choice. As part of our ongoing efforts we have a fully trained female service adviser who can talk you through any repairs required.
